My Boxes Were Perfect When I Sent Them, How Did They Get Damaged?

Supplies that are not packaged well with lots of packing materials increase the chances of being damaged in transit. Most of the damaged supplies we receive are damaged during transit.

The #1 reason they are damaged in transit is that there was not enough packaging material inside the box or the box was not sturdy. That's how they get damaged. If there is room between your supplies to move when the courier moves the box from truck to plane, from plane to truck, from one location to another, the boxes inside shift and move around. Depending on the force used when moving the boxes during transit, they may be slightly damaged or heavily damaged.

To avoid these damages, we strongly recommend using a sturdy box and putting all your supplies back to back inside the middle of your box and then filling the remainder of the box with packing materials so NOTHING MOVES after you close the box and shake it. This little tip avoids 99% of all damage in transit. Please watch the video below to explain this tip for your convenience.
