What Do You Consider Dinged or Damaged Condition?

What Do You Consider Dinged or Damaged Condition?

Great question—this is something we’re frequently asked!

We aim to purchase supplies in mint condition so we can offer full payment. However, we understand that some items may arrive dinged or damaged for various reasons. We are happy to buy these supplies as long as they match our descriptions of dinged and damaged conditions outlined below and on our website, with prices adjusted accordingly.

  • Dinged condition consists of the following:

  • Small creases or wrinkles on the surface of the box.

  • Minor dents or indentations in one or more corners.

  • Small blemishes or scuffs that are smaller than the size of a dime.
