My Payment is Different From My Quote, Why?

If the supplies we receive are different from the submitted quote, including those that arrive dinged or damaged, we may adjust your quote and payment to reflect what was actually received.

For instance, if your quote specified boxes with an expiration date of 12+ months, but we receive boxes with an 8-month expiration date, or if the products arrive dinged/damaged, we will adjust your quote accordingly.

If any adjustments are made, we will send you an updated quote email with a detailed explanation and photos of the received items for your reference. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or filtered mail folders. You can also view your quotes, adjustments, payments, prepaid labels, and packing slips in the My Account section of our website.
