I Didn't Get My Bonus/Why Bonus Not Being Applied
The Bonus is is our monthly newsletter that get emailed out a couple of days before the beginning of the new month. Make sure you sign up for our Newsletter.
If your bonus is not applying to your order, there are two possible reasons:
Incorrect Bonus Code Entry: The bonus code may not have been entered exactly as specified in our newsletter. The code must be entered exactly as posted—without spaces, dashes, or quotation marks—to be applied automatically at checkout (Copy and Paste the bonus code is the best method)
Total Submission Below $100: Our bonuses require a minimum submission of $100 to be applied. Many sellers choose to wait until they have enough supplies to meet this threshold and qualify for the bonus.
We appreciate your business and are here to help. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
