We offer 6 different payment methods that you can select during checkout. We pay 1 business day after we receive your supplies and send you an email notification once your supplies and payment processing has been completed. The payments we offer are:
Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, ACH, & Check
Cash App payments are processed within minutes. You will receive a notification once payment has been received.
Zelle payments are processed within minutes for registered users. For first-time users, the initial payment may take up to 1 business day to be received.
Venmo payments are processed within minutes. You will receive a notification once payment has been received.
ACH payments typically take 1-2 business days to appear in your account, excluding weekends.
PayPal payments appear in your account shortly after processing (subject to PayPal's terms and restrictions). Please be aware that PayPal may impose fees for receiving payments. Additionally, depending on your account status, PayPal may place a temporary hold on the funds we send until we confirm receipt. This process is beyond our control, and PayPal does not notify us when holds occur. If you notice your funds are on hold, please send us an email or phone call, and we will promptly facilitate their release.
Check payments are processed online and mailed via regular USPS mail within 1 business day after processing directly from our bank, Wells Fargo. Depending on your location, Wells Fargo advises allowing 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for delivery. Please allow a few extra days if your check does not arrive promptly. We recommend selecting Paypal, ACH, Cash App, or Zelle for urgent payments.
